Part-time Admin Assistant

This is a remote, part-time position paying $15/hour for approx. 15-20 hours per week during business hours. The primary goal is to support the work of our full-time Office Manager in providing superior, professional service to all clients. Client Communication

  • Accurately collect and enter new client information

  • Create & send invoices for consultations

  • Schedule free estimates and paid consultations

  • Promptly direct client queries to the proper person

  • Request insurance certs

  • Email out pre-job reminder sheet

  • Follow up with completed jobs

  • Send invoice reminders

Support for Crew

  • Coordinate site details: DigSafe, marking septic/sprinkler/wells, neighbor or town permissions, wire drops, moved vehicles and other personal items, removing fences, etc.

  • Maintain dump site records


Miscellaneous

  • Marketing or other projects as directed
